This report evaluated bone marrow B cell precursor reconstitution in pediatric patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for acute leukemia. Investigators measured longitudinal B cell subset kinetics and immunophenotypic profiles to assess whether tracking early bone marrow maturation trajectories could serve as a clinical biomarker for predicting chronic graft-vs.-host disease.
